We encourage you to reserve your items as soon as possible to guarantee availability.

We charge a non refundable $500 deposit to reserve your date if you are utilizing either of our service packages. If you decide to cancel for any reason, the deposit is non-refundable, Rentals work differently. We require 50% of the invoice in a deposit to book rentals. However, if you change your mind and would like to rent a different item and that item is available on your event date, we are happy to make that change. The deposit is non-refundable.

All balances must me paid in full 5 days before your event.

Yes, we charge a delivery and set up fee. Please contact us for a quote.

For smaller rentals like chairs, candlesticks, etc. we do allow pick-up. Our goal is to reduce your cost wherever possible.

Items not returned, damaged, or in need of cleaning will incur a damage fee. We require a credit card authorization form at the time of rental so any damages or replacements will be charged to the card after the event. The fee is left in the discretion of Twillingate and determined by the current market value of each piece. *These are typically antique pieces which are non-replaceable. The client is responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery/pickup to the pick up/return. It is the clients job to ensure that our pieces are secure from theft and protected from the weather and other harmful elements.
